From the poll on the linked page, there is a choice that only minorities should be allowed to have racial clubs.
I don't think any race based clubs are a good idea but I can see the point of limiting them to minority races.
If she is planning to allow other races to join, other clubs such as Hi-Y. FFA, etc. would accomplish the same. If not, what about a yachting club? ;^)
There are plenty of clubs that aren't going to have many non-white members and lots of chit chat on subjects of no interest to non-whites.
