The Democrats may be saving their heavy legal artillery for after the election, if it's close.

I have not seen a poll showing McClintock's standing in about a week. I did see a poll (only one) that said that if EITHER Arnold or McClintock dropped out in favor of the other, EITHER could beat Bustamente. Whoa.
