Clinton more fiscally conservative than Bush?
Almost seems so. Yah, Billy didn't have a war on but still he went for welfare reform under duress and it's results that count. Bush's pandering to agribusiness and the steel folks, stuff like free drugs for geezers paid for by young working family breadwinners, all result in mounting expenditures. Very disapointing in my view.
