200,000 ft is a nice altitude capability. Nice to know. It would be nicer to know its range over land. Can it fly as far as a wide-bodied airliner? It would also be nice to know if they could test fly this thing over Nepal, or over the north pole, or some other country's airspace, say China's, or Iran's airspace. Technology is the most important thing, but alone just doesn't go very far. Of course they are developing a weapon system, I understand that.
