Safety issues with the ISS
Looks like there are misunderstandings between the Americans and the Russians, concerning the safety and operations of the station.
2 points:
The ascent and descent phases are the most dangerous moments.
If something is wrong with the station, there is more time to cope with the problem.
The Russians have had the Mir experience, had harrowing moments with it, but no one died.
That's a lesson for the Americans.
