Hi All
Not a bad scenario SM but has absolutely nothing to do with real Black Hole physics. However the recent work by Smoller et al suggests that our Universe might be the product of a black-hole exploding into a white-hole configuration. They've managed to reproduce the standard FRW cosmology via mass exploding outwards into a background space-time behind a shock-wave.
SM just to correct your blunders - matter inside a black-hole has gravitationally imploded beyond even quark-gluon plasma ("quagma".) The different degrees of collapsed matter - white-dwarfs, neutron stars, quark-stars - are supported by different kinds of degeneracy energy.
White-dwarfs are supported by electron-degeneracy pressure - basically quantum uncertainty energy causing a pressure as electrons are confined. Neutron stars are supported by neutron degeneracy, and quark-stars are supported by colour force degeneracy.
But there comes a point where the degeneracy pressure's own mass-energy contributes so much more mass-energy to the imploding star that the gravity overcomes the counter pressure of the degeneracy. As degeneracy increases it increases the force pulling the particles inwards, confining the particles further, hence increasing the degeneracy... etc etc creating a runaway cascade and irreversible collapse.
Ultimately the star becomes a singularity or a very tight ball of strings or whatever... but it has left quagma far, far behind. Some theories suggest it "rebounds" and space-time inverts, squishing the mass into a hollow shell as thin as a Planck length, with an anti-gravity space-time inside it. Other theories indicate it might all squirt out somewhere else... hence the shock-wave cosmology.

Not bad for Hokey physics...
