Papa Bear and Mama Bear
Thinking only of the things compatible with us (the blonde housebreaker) and with life forms like us (Baby Bear) will lead us to overlook things that may be too hot, too cold, too high, too low, too hard, and too soft for us but are compatible with other life forms somewhat different from us.
Happily, research already encourages thinking outside the bowl -- er, box. Noticing life in places strange to us is a good thing. Personally, I wouldn't want to be surprised by Papa Bear.
