Large craters on Earth

Does anyone have a more definitive answer as to whether or not the east side of Hudson's Bay (or indeed most of the bay itself) is an impact crater? I've found links both positive and negative, but neither offers any substantive evidence. If they are impact craters, they are much larger than 250 km... the east side being about 440 km.
