Davis has done nothing to extend the statute of limitations on Sexual Harasssment cases in California. It currently lapses after 12 months.

This is a shameful anti-woman Stance taken by the Davis Administration.

Its easy for davis to say he thinks Shwartzenhaggggeer should be investicated and criminal charges be brought...But the Truth is that Davis knows that such charges cannot be brought because the Statute of Limitations is only 1 year (And all the allegations are 20+ years old)...

Davis and his democrat minions are DASTERDLY playing both sides of the fence.

Davis Beats the drum of woman's issues when its election time, but as soon as the election is over, he allows women to be beaten...And after one year they can't even bring the case under sexual harrasssment laws... What a sicko.
