The TV series, UFO, was wa-a-a-y cool!
I liked the episode where time was stopped (assuming that was the "Timeflash" episode), and Cmdr. Ed Straker is startled by the appearance of a sparrow that had been flying across the sidewalk, now frozen in the air. THAT would have left a mark!
Cmdr. (Ed Bishop) is confused to find the wood shop no longer frozen in time.

Of course true time-freezing would require that atomic particles stop moving as well, and anything not effected would be unmoving as well, but trying to survive in an environment of frozen air (screen writers always seem to miss the nano-world).
Not as exciting, and a much shorter episode,
Dan

Cool car, but my bones prefer something a little higher off the ground these days.
