If the election is close, expect whoever has anything to gain to challange it
This is a very challangable election for several reasons.
- It's timing. Partway through a statewide conversion (court ordered) of polling methods.
- The election laws that pertain (recall) have never been challenged in court. Lots of room for an enterprising attourney to dig around and come up with an argument.
- Existing court decisions on this very election that are potentially challangable.
