Larry Niven style...

Uranus is mostly H2
Build huge fusion rockets with carbon nanotube tech
Sink them headfirst into Uranus' slush with nozzle facing 'out'
Use Uranus' H2 as fuel, and over 10 exp 6 years or whatever move U into an inner solar system perihelion
A series of mild mutual gravitational encounters over multi millenia gradually moves the Earth into more distant orbit(s)
DO NOT MISCALCULATE!!!
