Embargo
I would agree with you to the point that I think the embargo on Cuba is not that productive as far as changing regimes goes. As has been demonstrating many times, a totalitarian regime could care less how its people are suffering economically as long as it remains in power.
I also fail to see the consistency of embargoing Cuba while extending "favored nation" status to Red China. Hello? Does this make sense?
