Doing well while doing good is always ok. .
Helping to end Castro by cutting off the $ he is siphoning off of tourists and easing the Coast Gurad regulations against escapees is a good thing, and that it will help with votes is not too bad either.
The charade Castro has been allowed to get away with is disgusting.
