Oh good god, give me a break.
The day you speak about the republican party, and their power lust in the same terms, is the day you attain something akin to wisdom and something remotely like credibility. Last I checked, it wasn't the democrats who held an uncomprimising death grip on two-out-of-three branches of our Gov't, and were STILL blaming everything bad on the other party.
The Dems suck, for sure, but the reason I always vote for 'em is because you rabid neo-cons and right-wing dittoheads scare the holy shisse out of me.
