Journalist seem to have rather poor math skills. 40 people dead out of 23 million does not equate to a massive surge in anger over personal loss when offset by good deads. I think it is clear most Iraqi's not experiencing a direct personal loss understand this is a problem that is caused not by American's by by the attacks of die-hard Saddamists and terrorists.
