I think that Sen Kennedy owes Bush Jr an apology for his recent comments, including those infering that Bush Jr would expose US troops to death and wounding without thinking that it was absolutely necessary to do so.
Sen Kennedy diminished his own standing by making those comments, and he will remain diminished until an apology is made.
