I was watching Imus in the Morning this AM (he was broadcasting on the road from Vermont), and there was an interview with Democrat hopeful, Sen. Joseph Lieberman (D-Conn.), where the senator stated that the most respectable man in the U.S. Senate today was Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). He stated that McCain truly loved this nation (so great surprise there), and would work hard for America’s success. But then Lieberman went on to say that, should he win the Oval Office, McCain would likely be his choice for just about any cabinet position, but primarily as Secretary of Defense.
