Coalition lifts curfew for Ramadan
A very thoughtful gesture. Ramadan involves fasting from dawn to dusk, and it is common in many Muslim cultures to spend the late evening and night eating and going to restaurants and the homes of friends.
No doubt the attackers will take advantage of us yet again, but there it is. We're "stupid."
