Despite promising the Europeans that they would stop, the Iranians have indicated they are going to continue with their uranium enrichment program. The Iranian government has made the rather humorous comment that their nuclear technology program is for peaceful purposes only (I guess all of their petroleum is reserved for foreign sale). I remember years ago the Pakistanis making similar comments about their nuclear weapons program along with various propaganda statements refuting the "myth of the Islamic atomic bomb". It suprises me that Europe's leaders thought a promise from Iran's mullahs was worth a pinch of salt.
Years ago, the Israelis showed significant wisdom when they took preemptive action against Iraq's Osiraq nuclear reactor thus cancelling out France's stupidity who sold the reactor to the Iraqis in the first place. It's time we followed the Israeli's example and destroyed Iran's nuclear and ballistic missle capability. A few B-52 raids should take care of their existing facilities. Give the Iranians five or six years to rebuild their nuclear facilities underground then destroy them again with earth penetrators or commando raids.
