France's attempts to fight the increasing gang rape culture
I know that American universities and mass media rail against making 'value judgements' of other cultures but thanks to the Constitution's 1st ammendment in the good ol' US of A, I say that some Third World cultural values are sick and perverted and the behaviour must be eradicated in civilized society.
