What's Happening in Mexico ??? BP Statistical Review of World Energy Reserves
According to the 2003 BP Statistical Review of World Energy Reserves, Mexico has revised their proven oil reserves, reducing it by 50 percent, and further reduced their proven natural gas reserves by 70 percent. Has anyone noticed this? What are the consequences for North America?
