When will the French realize that if they are going to scuttle Bush's attempt at reebuilding Iraq that they must first send troops ti Iraq.
Only france or the UN could stop such unfair taxation systems in Iraq...

P.S. What is the tax system in Kosovo, Serbia, and the other UN Occupied Territories? How are the economies going there? Are jobs as plentiful as they are in Iraq? (I can bet that they are for UN workers)
