re: Partial Birth Abortion
Heard on the radio that the single most surgical procedure in the US is abortions. 1 million a year with around 2700 of them being partial birth abortions.
What encompasses *partial birth abortion*? Killing of the baby when it is half way out doesn't make sense to me. If the mother could be in danger at half birth it must be rare.
