If it sets the tone of the 21st century, it could be a great century.
I heard excerpts of the audio. It is quite moving.
Frankly if that speech had been given at the beginning of this conflict, the war might have been much less controversial. Then again, the cynics of Europe would have simply brushed it off. Perhaps it is better that they vent their cynicism against war instead of peace?
