Yes by all means lets forget about principles and focus on pocketbook issues as the French and Russians did in thwarting any attempts to deal seriously with Iraq. Shame on us for not following the lead of countries where old people are left to die in hot nursing homes or where political opponants are jailed. They are obviously morally superior to the US.
