O.K…. right out of college I went to work for a company called USAA to help design the telecommunication network for the entire campus. The building is larger than the pentagon and we were able to do it so well that they still are up to date, they can still log millions of calls a year with ease.

After that, I went to work for SWB mobile systems and updated their equipment and software from FDMA to TDMA. After that I moved into the technology of CDMA and worked with a team that designed the CDMA network for Austin and San Antonio for an up and coming company called Sprint PCS.

Beyond that, I was part of a team that built a couple of CLEC networks (MCI’s local service and Nextlink/XO communications) for SA and Austin.

I have also worked with Bell/Nortel labs on features and helped make the conversion to CCS7 (back in the day) work for Northern Telecom (Nortel) DMS-100, 250, and 500 central office switches and a few AT&T 5ESS switches.

That in a nutshell is what I have accomplished.

Hey, let’s quit ragging on one another O.K. It’s really not going anywhere.
