If your system is running slow...
Bazooka spyware scanner might help. I like it because they have done their research on the various threats and spot several that Norton didn't seem to catch.
Another thing anyone who has XP and that little chess-pawn messenger icon on the bottom...click on it...select:
tools...then options....then preferences....and switch off the darn thing at start up, don't let it run in the bg, etc. It's default mode is ON and it slows down the performance of XP systems.
Others may know this - I just found out. Thought I'd share it.
