Same could be said about Hitler, Stalin, or any serial murderer.
What he is proclaiming to the world is that, "I, Majid, am a shallow and immoral creature".
"Majid told Fox that he considered French President Jacques Chirac (search) a personal friend, saying he believes he and Chirac understand each other. "
This is so boringly predictable.
