Unlike most news correspondents found in Iraq, Dr. Arnot is still learning. He doesn't mind sitting down and getting the details right, and he doesn't mind asking the personal questions that bring enlightenment to a story, which allows him to speak with the authority of true understanding and knowledge.
He became MSNBC’s special foreign correspondent back in 2001, entered Iraq with the invading forces, and has proven to be an asset for the humanitarian efforts there. He has even dropped the mike and pencil on occasion to perform emergency medical treatment, including minor surgery, for our troops, his fellow news correspondents, and Iraqi citizens.
A truly stunning person,
Dan
