More great comic books
"Sandman, King of Dreams." Not by Gaiman directly, but full of great stuff from the series. And if you don't have the complete trade paperback "Sandman" series, you are missing some of the best work in comics this century. Between this book and the Alex Ross book, it's been a very good (not cheap, but good) month.
Oh, and you are picking up the complete "Spirit" collection by Will Eisner? Again, at ruinous prices. Sell more blood.
I linked to Amazon for these examples, but it's always better to patronize your local comic shop.
