Leonard David Doesn't Think Gil Levin Coauthored A Book With Barry DiGregorio

based on correspondance so I view everything he writes with a bit of suspicion. I am quite sure he believes what he writes, but he may not always get the details right. In this case the difference might be due to including the cost of the launch vehicle. I'm not sure what the standard for reporting mission cost is or even if there is one. Can any of the rocket experts like Larry J shed any light on this?

Mark
