Then Pres. Bush ahd best get off his rear and find a way to credibly get it out into the public square.
The only excuse for not getting it going rapidly, if it is real, is to protect some heavy and important on going intel source.
The Pentagon denial is very weak when read not too closely, but it could just as well be poorly written.
