the death knell of a campaign?

I am absolutely thrilled that Rall has come on the Dean side. Rall is the clearest voice explaining why the 3,000 dead on September 11, 2001, had it coming to them. I hope he appears with the governor on the campaign trail.
(Emphasis mine. I can only hope that the poster intended deep and bitter sarcasm, not genuine support.)
The only explaination I can come up with is that Rall must have a Confederate flag in the rear window of his pick-up.
There are things about Dean I like...but this ain't one of them.
