Unless the deficits were getting so large as to be unmanageable when a government reduces inflow but not outflow.......
But Bush would never do that would he? He's a fiscally responsible compassionate conservative if I recall.

Nice dodge, but not very effective. The point I was making, as you and everyone reading it know damn well, is that if the economy were going downward right now the 24/7 drumbeat on every media outlet, from every Democratic politician who could reach a camera or a reporter, would be that it was ALL because of the tax cuts. Every bit of it. No other reason.

As for myself, I knew that tax cuts would stimulate the economy, because they always have.
