As for Kwiatkowski, you can browse her articles yourself if you want. I have not seen anything specifically anti-Semitic in her writings, but the isolationism is part of the whole "anti-neocon" stance.

As for Buchanan himself, it would be intensely amusing if his anti-Bush stance "reforms" him in the eyes of the Left, which has been accusing him of anti-Semitism (at the very least) for as far back as I can remember. I am more familiar with his isolationism policies in the area of international trade than in the military arena, but while he actually makes some good points, most of his views are quite extreme.
