fisrt get information about the folder. Espectially when it apeared and was last accessed. then do a earch for all files within that timeframe. Most likely those files are bad too. Then delete them (and make a list of those files you deleted.) Next time you reboot, look for those files you deleted, if any reapear, then you are in some trouble :-( you probably have something dug into your registry
