Heard about it yesterday during All Things Considered.
The truly fascinating thing is how they took extremely thin sections through the fossil; genuine tomography, only computer-aided to reconstruct the three-dimensional images.
As for the fortuitous ability to determine its gender (labelled "co" in the diagram) - need anything further be said to deflate the vicarious chest-beating than "soft body parts"?
