How many current Arab nations in the former Ottoman Empire have borders created from whole cloth by Europeans much like Israel was? Are they considered illegitimate now?

You have Arab nations persecuting Palestinians, like most of them have. And nobody cares. You have Syria, occupying the nation of Lebanon. And nobody cares.

Sorry, folks. Hatred of Israel is largely the hatred of Jews. And it doesn't take much browsing on Islamic web sites to see that made specific.
