San Francisco homeless
There big mistake was passing a proposition that allowed every homeless person to receive a check for $300-$400 a month for nothing. All that did was alert every homeless person in the surrounding cities throughout northern Calif. to make camp in San Francisco. Not bad when a city will fund your heroin addiction. Gee, wonder why the homeless rate went up?
To be fair I believe San Francisco wised up this year or last and dropped the payment down to around $60 a month.
