Actually, considering the powerful desire of our enemies to give us a shot back for catching Saddam, I would be somewhat surprised if something nasty didn't happen over the next couple of weeks.

I have been astonished that there have been no small-scale terror attacks in the U.S. over the past couple of years. Bomb-in-the-restaurant, blowing-up-train-bridge kinds of things. Such attacks are almost impossible to completely thwart. Why is this? Speculation? Do our enemies think that only a major attack would make their point? Or what?
