"Enemies" are convenient ways to make money. You can make it both coming and going. But trading with the enemy is a family tradition, especially among the Bush family, starting with GWB's grandfather who was caught selling Hitler goods during WWII. I mean, after all was IS business, and a pretty good one, espicially if you're in the defense industry.
Bechtel did just that.
>â€Bechtel representatives said that if economic sanctions contained in the Senate act are signed into law, Bechtel will turn to non-U.S. suppliers of technology and continue to do business in Iraq." The incident, says Vallette, clearly shows how the company bordered on blackmailing Washington, even on the rare occasion when corporate profit conflicted with a decision of Congress.
So, here again we have our own defense industries OWNED by government representatives throwing the rule of law out the window by going foreign policy shopping, shifting business overseas when Washington does not cooperate. Don't you just love it?
Lies, lies, <LIES>
