Yelena Kondakova is not Polyakov's wife, but Ryumin's. They never flew together.

Mark Lee and Jan Davis flew together but on different shifts.

Now, it's great if a couple in love and with enough money and enough interest for space, gets to go up there and that none get spacesick.
