No, you use the pics' URL on the web, so then to put it up here it must be a pic on the web... To put up your own personal picture here, you have to first put it on a website... This is easy...MSN allows you to create 'groups' for free- that is what I did : http://groups.msn.com/Laserguidestar/maunakeapics.msnw?Page=1
you get 3 meg memory and you can upload pictures to your group. once your pic is on your group right click on the picture and choose properties and copy the URL from the properties box....That is the URL you use...
