If you were to see what the rover was REALLY seeing - you would be quite impressed! Here's one of the images I managed to produce from the images sent on the rovers broadcast frequency:

I spot a body of water off to the upper right (could be a martian lake?) and fascinating geography for study. The other images we received from the transmission I dare not show - for they were far more ominous - one warned that trespassers would be shot on site.

Guess that explains what happens to most of the mars probes, huh?
