Particularly useful would be the reworking of the Security Council. My own opinion is that the concept of the U.N. was doomed from the start when they had to put the totalitarian Soviet Union in a major position of power. Not that they really had a choice back then.
It may be possible that the idea of the Security Council itself is obsolete.
