Details of Space initiative may be changing for the worse already
I just read an article on MSNBC about the President's new space initiative that was a real downer. Their sources within the administration say that the President's plan would not return humans to the moon until 2020 and Mars after 2030. There was no mention of a Mars orbiting mission. Of course who knows if their speculation is any more accurate than the other outlets? Still, if true, that would be a real kick in the teeth, although still much better than the status quo.
