Actually if it happens in 2014 that would be 45 years. Still WAY too long but that's, as they say, water under the bridge. The SMART thing I see about this is that it is being done slowly and thus without breaking the bank. Yeah it sucks it will take a long time to happen but that's the only way to keep the screaming and moaning earth-firsters from sabotaging it.
