Using Spirit sky observation to clarify Express ground observation
Clever!
Is the only benefit to be had, a simple subtraction of sky spectra from the spectra observed from orbit? Or are there other synergies I don't understand?
Can we go back and reinterpret all the THEMIS and TES maps, using this method? How much change in sky-observations-from-ground will there be over time and from different locations? We should make several of these observations from S & O so we can come up with a good guess.
