The "Blood Libel" is a Christian lie. There has been a fanatical Jew-hating fringe of Christianity ever since Saul of Tarsus - sometimes a great deal more than a fringe.
Islam is relatively late to anti-Semitism by comparison; due (I suspect) entirely to the modern "Palestine Question". The Sephardic Jews, exiled from Spain and Portugal by the Inquisition, thrived in Moslem countries... including what became Palestine.
